Processing time varies greatly on my items, please check individual items for estimated times and check my FAQ's.
Deposits are 50% of the order value, due prior to commencing the work. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has been commenced.

Most items are shipped via Canada Post. Please note Canada Post operates Monday through Friday. For expedited service locally (Atlantic Canada), items are shipped via Canada Post; for expedited shipping internationally, items are most often shipped via Fedex.

North America: 3-12 business days
Europe: 7-21 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-3 weeks
Asia Pacific: 1-3 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-3 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 2-4 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa: 2-4 weeks
